There are currently two opportunities for Luck of the Draw tournaments in Central AR at two different venues. Open to players of all skill levels - if your are thinking of joining LRDA these tournaments are a great way to meet dart players in central Arkansas and hook up with a team.
Double elimination bracket - Winner's bracket plays 501 and Cricket and if needed corks choice for the third game (pub series). Loser's bracket plays 601 double in-double out.
Zack's Place 1400 S. University, Little Rock - Friday night directions
$6 entry fee - 5 to the pot and 1 to mystery out, bar will match $3 per player.
Start time is 8:00 pm on Friday - get there early to register.
Iron Horse Saloon 9125 Mann Rd, Little Rock - Saturday night directions
$6 entry fee - 5 to the pot and 1 to mystery out, bar will match $3-$5 depending on the number of players.
Start time is 7:00 pm on Saturday - get there early to register.
Bull Shot / Skill Shot drawing after each tournament - tickets are sold for $1 each buy as many as you like, one ticket is drawn and that player gets one shot at the bull or Skill Shot. Single bull pays half the pot double takes it all! (Must play in LOD to be eligible)

LRDA 2016 Fall General Membership meeting 7/28/16
Board elections were held and we have three new board members - thank you for your support of the league. This is a two-year term so next elections will be in 2018.
Pres - Bob Chapp (new - sort of)
VP - Bryan Elithorpe
Sec - April Farris (new)
Rules - Scott Austin (new)
Treasurer - Chris Berry
A few rules were discussed but only one minor change was approved by members vote. A new version of the rules is available at the link on the top of the page.

Bob Bettis Classic - July 8-10 2016

The 2nd Annual Bob Bettis Classic is scheduled for July 8-10 (Fri-Sun) 2016.
North Little Rock Elks Lodge 1004 - 123 Broadway, NLR (across from Verizon Arena) directions
This is a $6,500 tournament featuring four LOD events one of which is "soft-tip". (see attached flyer for full schedule of events)
All events are $12 per person - registration ends 15 minutes prior to event start time. Trophies awarded to 1st and 2nd in each event.
Darting venue is non-smoking but the downstairs full-bar is smoker friendly (there will also be drink service in darting venue)
The Wyndham Riverfront in North Little Rock is within walking distance and there are also several fine hotels in downtown Little Rock just across the river.
